Wow, the unfamiliar ones are the most interesting to me. Sanskritti, street foods of India, dosa plaza - are those chains?
Local chains... not heard of them outside the Delhi NCR :)
Sanskriti serves nice north indian food and its sister, Santushti, serves south indian food.
Street foods of india serves stuff like vada pav, chhole bhature etc.
Dosa Plaza is so completely avoidable... some 65 varieties of dosa... I had the plain dosa... wouldn't touch it with a ten foot fork!
