Craziness
S and I tried out this new restaurant called Crazy Noodles. The food is average at best, but the ambience is funky and most definitely fun.

The morning after
I love having friends over. It usually means that almost every utensil I own lands in the sink. But hey, what are those utensils for anyway?

Reunion
A fun evening friends: some old and some new. Chats about everything and nothing. The present can be as good as the good old times.

Party time!
A silent and pretty corner at our office party. I spent most of my evening here (where one could hear the other talking)!

Lunch Time
Almost every afternoon, I see the Metro workers ride by. To lunch and back I'd like to think!

Power Breakfast
A delayed cab gave me the opportunity to go through the newspaper at leisure and have a banana strawberry smoothie. What a difference five minutes can make in the morning!

Good Times
42 months of togetherness. I ordered this bunch of 42 roses to take home to S. (I can be cheesy too, you know?)

A hearty laugh
This little statue, The Laughing Buddha, sits on my desk at work. Five to six different locations over the last three years, and this, a gift from my team member, is one of the first items to find a new resting place.

Gyarah Murti
This is Delhi's famous "Gyarah Murti" (Eleven Figures), a depiction of Gandhiji's famous Dandi March. I could not capture all 11 (the photo was taken at a traffic signal in the evening).

Engaged!
One of my closest friends got engaged today. I flew into Madras for my shortest trip to date. Among the many things displayed (fruits, sugar, nuts, etc) at the engagement venue, was this pair of bride and groom dolls. I really liked the fact that the girl doll was winking. You go girl!
